Structural Construction Foreman (Site based) Cape Town, Western Cape

R20 000 R30 000 Per Month Negotiable on Qualification and Years of relevant experience

Our Client, an established and highly reputable Commercial Construction firm is currently in search of a hands-on, self-motivated and skilled Foreman to join their dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate setting out
• Reinforcing subcontractor management
• Formwork subcontractor management
• Ordering concrete
• Managing concrete casting team
• Managing concrete cube testing
• Quality control
• Assist with health and safety controls
• Site logistic control
• Manage wages staff

Qualification and experience required :

• National Diploma in Building or related tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5-15 years Structural Foreman experience gained within the commercial construction industry
• Proven experience with medium to large scale projects i.e. R20 R100 Million+ is highly preferred
• Surveying background is advantageous
