Legionella Risk Assessor – Woodford Green

Our client has recently acquired a number of new contracts so is now in urgent need of an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Woodford Green area. Applications from Walthamstow, Lewisham, Ilford, Romford and the surrounding areas will be considered. Qualifications & Experience Must come from good chemical, technical, educational and consultancy background. Hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a legionella and asbestos background. Must have attended a relevant Risk Assessment course eg City & Guilds or have attended internal training courses. Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Will be well versed with the water treatment industry health & safety procedures and legislation. Key Role Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments. Undertake asbestos surveying. Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients. Produce recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessments. Providing technical and consultancy advice to clients as and when required. Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
