Responsibilities Guide clients toward durable, scalable growth by delivering steady revenue through data‑backed retention initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor across all retention touchpoints—including email, SMS, direct mail, pop‑ups, push notifications, and loyalty programs. Translate forecasting insights into clear strategic recommendations that align with client objectives. Advocate for Common Thread’s unique retention methodology and the tools that support it. Lead the execution of high‑impact retention programs, ensuring every initiative meets the highest standard of quality and aligns tightly with client goals. Own the entirety of the retention channel lifecycle: forecasting, analysis, testing, optimization, and reporting. Collaborate with design, content, and other internal teams to produce compelling, on‑brand email and SMS content. Maintain data integrity in Statlas and other tracking tools, and produce accurate, KPI‑driven reports. Communicate frequent, actionable updates to clients (daily performance, weekly Slack updates, and strategic alignment sessions). Contribute learnings back to the system and help iterate the Prophit model for better performance. Champion quality across all deliverables: from ensuring technical setup of automations to on‑brand design execution. Stay current with industry trends, new features, and best practices to continuously optimize retention performance. Qualifications At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in email and SMS marketing, covering campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization. At least 2 years experience in retention marketing, running initiatives that drive predictable revenue and customer lifetime value. Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with Google Sheets; ability to develop advanced skills on the job. Excellent English communication skills—persuasive presentation, empathetic client messaging, and clear stakeholder communication. Character qualities: autonomous, resourceful, accountable, honest, self‑aware, and resilient. Autodidact mindset: exceptionally curious, quickly absorbs new information, and proactively implements feedback. Competitive drive: thrives on hard challenges, pushes beyond obstacles, adapts quickly, and consistently exceeds expectations.
