That training data begins with you—your expertise will help power the next generation of AI. Responsibilities Review AI-generated Kinyarwanda content for linguistic accuracy and fluency. Annotate text for tone and meaning. Identify and correct subtle language errors. Collaborate with the team to improve prompt design and quality assurance standards. Qualifications Native or near-native fluency in Kinyarwanda. Strong proficiency in English. Background in linguistics, translation, language teaching, or related fields (preferred). Attention to detail, cultural awareness, and clear communication skills. Compensation and Benefits We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. As a contractor, you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
