In this role, you will serve as the ambassador for Reckitt’s trusted hygiene and health products, delivering detailed information to healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. About the Role As a Detailer, you will lead engaging product detailing sessions, collaborate with the sales force, stay current on product and market trends, and gather insights to feed back into product development. Your enthusiasm and storytelling will shape the future of our brand and help us deliver better wellbeing. Responsibilities Lead engaging product detailing sessions to showcase the benefits and features of our range. Demonstrated ability in both financial and commercial analysis. Collaborate with our sales force to adjust detailing techniques to suit individual customer needs. Stay up‑to‑date with product details, market trends, and competitor activity to enhance presentations. Gather insights from customer interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies. Act as Reckitt’s face at trade shows and events, sparking interest with dynamic product demonstrations. Experience & Qualifications Proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Track record of successful sales detailing, ideally in consumer goods. Strong communicator, able to adapt messaging for different audiences. Proactive and resourceful team player capable of working autonomously. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. A eagerness to travel for customer relationship building. Strategic thinker with skills in sales strategy development and customer engagement.
