The Workshop Foreman will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all maintenance and repair work on vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering highquality service. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and direction as needed Monitor and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure adherence to company standards Coordinate with parts department to ensure necessary materials are available for repairs Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of workshop staff Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety policies Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff as needed Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their vehicle repairsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or certification in automotive repair preferred 3+ years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fastpaced environment Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and software Valid driver's license and clean driving record Closing Date 27 November 2025 Engineering / Technical jobs #J-18808-Ljbffr
