Overview Femploy, a proudly woman-led, AI-powered recruitment and training agency under Infinite Code (Pty) Ltd, is looking for passionate freelance recruiters to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role— ideal for self-driven recruiters, HR professionals, or sales consultants who enjoy sourcing talent and building client relationships. Responsibilities Source new business opportunities with companies in SA and abroad. Recruit and screen candidates for permanent, contract, and remote roles. Manage the end-to-end placement process with support from Femploy. Compensation & Benefits Commission per placement: Earn 30% of the agency fee on successful hires (average earning potential: R10,000 – R20,000+ per placement). Freedom to work remotely, on your own schedule. Back-office support (contracts, invoicing, and client management handled by Femploy). Access to Femploy's growing network, branding, and AI-powered recruitment tools. Ideal candidate Experienced recruiters looking for flexible, high-earning side income. HR/TA professionals with a network of candidates or clients. Sales or business development professionals eager to break into recruitment.
