Finishing Foreman

Job Title Finishing Foreman Location City of Cape Town, Cape Town, Pinelands Job Type Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry Construction Secondary Industry Construction Salary ZAR per month Job Description Job Duties : Supervise and coordinate the finishing activities on construction sites (Renovations, alterations, restorations). Ensure quality standards are met during the final stages of construction projects. Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman or similar role. Knowledge of construction processes and techniques. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Education A qualification in construction will be advantageous. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years in a construction supervisory role. Knowledge and Skills Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry. Ability to effectively manage a team of workers. Strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working on finishing projects in the construction sector. Health and Safety certification. Working Conditions Work on construction sites in various weather conditions. Frequent travel to different project locations.
