Qualifications / Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Barman/lady
• Reliable, presentable and good communication skills
• Must have own reliable transport
• Honest with money
• Will work as follows: One week will work Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the following week will work the full week and then repeat same schedule
Key Performance Areas:
• Bar duties and locking up at night (approximately 11pm)
• Dealing with clients (assist with events)
• Oversee casual staff
• Monitor stock
• Order stock (food and drinks as well as all club requirements)
