Overview Junior Sales Manager with Automation Experience Location: Pietermaritzburg (On-site). Salary: R15, per month. Job Type: Full-Time. Not hybrid. Not remote. IMFORCE is seeking a Junior Sales Manager with strong automation experience to support the growth of our talent acquisition and recruitment business. Responsibilities Manage and grow the sales pipeline, driving high-value client acquisition and retention. Integrate and optimise CRM systems, telephony systems, and other sales platforms. Build automated workflows across sales and recruitment operations. Assist with ATS setup, optimisation, and automated candidate screening workflows. Collaborate with management to design AI-driven sales processes and recruitment automations. Monitor performance metrics and improve conversion rates across the sales cycle. Contribute to the long-term vision of scaling the sales team and expanding business pipelines. Requirements Experience in sales management or junior sales leadership. Demonstrated ability to automate workflows, implement CRMs, optimise systems, or integrate platforms. Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client relationship management. Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment technology. Ability to streamline processes, eliminate manual work, and improve team efficiency. Must be able to work in‑office daily (Pietermaritzburg).
