Agile Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to join our dynamic team in the banking environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing Agile projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Duration: 12-Month Renewable Contract Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with Agile and SAFe principles. Lead the planning and execution of Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. SAFe Implementation: Implement and champion the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the organization. Facilitate SAFe ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops. Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture by promoting Agile values and principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Work closely with teams to resolve impediments and obstacles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile processes. Encourage a culture of learning and adaptability. Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet high-quality standards and compliance requirements. Implement and maintain Agile testing practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent. SAFe Agilist (SA) certification is a must. Experience: Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager in the banking or financial sector. Demonstrated success in implementing SAFe principles and practices. Experience in managing complex projects with multiple teams. Skills: Strong leadership and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban. Familiarity with Agile tools and project management software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
