Then this is your opportunity INTENSE is a German software and IT consulting company as well as a SaaS provider for the energy industry with over 25 years of experience. We support leading German utilities in their digital transformation. With our platform TENTAC – built on SAP technology – we help our clients run their core business processes more efficiently. Now we are taking the next step: we are setting up a new entity in Cape Town to support our business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. For this exciting journey, we are looking for a Country Manager RSA – an experienced leader who will shape our local presence, build the team, and ensure strong collaboration with our colleagues in Germany. Your Responsibilities Building the entity: You will take ownership of setting up INTENSE RSA from day one and manage the local office. Team leadership: You will recruit and lead a local team while also managing collaboration with colleagues in Germany. Bridge builder: You will foster cultural and professional exchange between Cape Town and Germany. SAP focus: With your strong SAP background, you will support our projects and ensure the quality of our work. Focus TENTAC: You and the team will play a major role in operations and further developments of our TENTAC platform. Your Profile Extensive experience in founding and managing companies or subsidiaries in South Africa. Proven track record in building and leading teams. Experience in managing virtual, interdisciplinary, and intercultural teams. Deep SAP expertise. At least 10 years of relevant professional experience. Fluent English and Afrikaans skills (German is a plus, but not required). Willingness to work from our Cape Town office (2–3 days per week). Willingness to travel to Germany (2–3 times per year).
