What You will Do As a Senior L3 Network & Project Engineer , you will be the go-to expert for delivering cutting-edge solutions and leading projects that matter. Your role will include: Lead and deliver end-to-end projects for SMB and enterprise clients from planning and design to implementation and handover. Architect and implement Microsoft 365/O365 and Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, security). Act as the L3 escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring seamless resolution. Own multiple projects simultaneously manage timelines, communication, documentation, and change control. Engage directly with clients , translating technical solutions into business value and building trusted relationships. Collaborate with security and innovation teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and future-ready. What we are looking for 5+ years of MSP experience in a senior/L3 role. Deep hands-on expertise in: Microsoft 365/O365, Entra ID, Purview Azure administration and migrations Teams VoIP/Teams Phone Firewalls, switches, routing (multi-site environments) Windows Server & Active Directory Strong project ownership and ability to work independently. Excellent customer-facing communication skills comfortable with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet, etc.) are a big plus.
