It's fun to work in a company where people truly believe in what they are doing We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage key accounts and grow sales within the assigned territory. This role requires an experienced, self-motivated professional who consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and builds strong relationships with customers and distributors. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned territory and accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Promote company products by clearly communicating value propositions and applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams. Identify new opportunities, monitor market trends, and report competitive insights. Provide sales forecasts and maintain accurate CRM/account information. Continuously enhance product, market, and sales knowledge. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Food Science and Engineering or related field preferred). 3–10 years of sales experience , ideally in food safety, diagnostics, analytical, or microbiological industries. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for business purposes. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Preferred Experience B2B or B2C sales in diagnostics, laboratory, or industrial testing sectors. Experience managing distributors or channel partners. Familiarity with social selling or digital sales tools.
