Junior Bookkeeper position available in Port Elizabeth. A Junior Bookkeeper with Pastel experience is required for permanent employment based in Port Elizabeth. Salary: R15 000 per month negotiable commensurate with experience. Requirements: Matric Pastel experience Duties and Responsibilities: Capturing and creating supplier invoices Supplier recons and payments Customer statements Age Analysis Daily bank recons Budget reporting to Directors Payroll Payslips Employee files (contracts, leave/sick leave forms) COIDA return yearly and all IOD related matters and claims All labour inspections Filing EMP201 returns monthly EMP501 Bi Annually VAT returns Costings for accepted quotations Month end transactions and payments and journals Income statement and variance report monthly for meeting Prepare audit files – year end #J-18808-Ljbffr
