productions
* Setting up and preparing plastic injection moulding machines according to production requirements, including installing & removing molds,
adjusting settings and connecting auxiliary equipment.
* Configure machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time.
* Set up injection profiles based on production requirements.
* Observe continuous machine operation to ensure products meet specifications.
* Ensure machines run at optimal settings and that parts confirm to our strict quality standards.
* Ensure all aspects of the working environment are kept neat and tidy at all times.
* Start and shutdown injection moulding machines.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks on molds and tooling, such as cleaning, greasing, and replacing components, to ensure optimal
performance and longevity.
* Monitoring production output and inspecting molded parts for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
* Troubleshoot machine issues and perform maintenance as needed.
* Work closely with production team to ensure production goals are met.
* Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
* Train operators on basic operating of machine for production purposes.
* Good communication skills and ability to problem solve is essential
