Quality assurance of Project Schedule risks and issue closures on all allocated projects. Escalation of Project Schedule Risks and issues as per governance structure. Quality assurance of scope changes submitted by project owner. Quality assurance of project Schedule risks logged with the proper context and assigned to relevant party. Ensure that Project Schedule risks and issues are properly followed‑up. Coaching and guidance for project schedule related risk on risk management process. Confirm and authenticate impact analysis. Ensure that the scope changes are tabled at the correct forum for approval. Ensure proper recording of approved scope changes.
