This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing high‑performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads to drive measurable results such as improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for medical and dental clients. Base Pay Range About the client: Our client is a digital marketing agency that helps medical and dental businesses grow through websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. About the role: Hands‑on campaign management, detailed optimization, and data‑driven strategy tailored to each client’s setup. Experience in a digital marketing agency (preferably U.S.) and preference for the healthcare niche. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation. Use data‑driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals. Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Who we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, with proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and related tools; proven track record in optimizing for ROAS and lead generation. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication. Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S. Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.
