Creating and implementing an action plan and approach for each customer to reach annual targets. Completing administrative tasks and reports in a timely manner with regular and accurate feedback. Providing regular and informative updates on the customer relationship management system (Salesforce). Initiating, managing, and monitoring demo trials in the specified region. Actively supporting peers and managers as a team player. Gaining and growing internal portfolio product knowledge as well as competitor product knowledge.
