Responsibilities Manage the maintenance of the organisation's general ledger and accounting records. Accountable for the execution of the business plan, and for governance and compliance at an operational level. Generate financial information. Analyze and report on variances. Maintain a suitable financial control environment. Support the Finance Manager. Assist with the performance of all financial control activities, including capturing transactional data and performing reconciliations. Assist with Group reporting requirements. Assist with ad‑hoc tasks from time to time. Perform bank reconciliations. Manage the payments cycle to suppliers. Manage accounts payable and support business through the process. Engage with external & internal audit. Assist with subledger reconciliations. Prepare VAT returns. Prepare Income Tax reporting packs. Prepare financial statements. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Services. Chartered Accountant designation is mandatory. Understanding of Oracle Fusion is advantageous. Advanced Excel skills are advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure and in an ever‑changing environment. Attention to detail and meticulous execution of tasks.
