IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Perform system upgrades, software installations, and security patch management.
• Manage desktop and laptop inventory, ensuring that all devices are properly maintained.
• Assist with network connectivity and peripheral device configuration.
• Document all technical issues and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure seamless technology operations.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Technician or in a similar technical support role.
• Familiarity with common desktop hardware, including printers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
