The successful candidate will have: at least a bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, business administration, or a related field. at least 5 years’ experience in fundraising, preferably in an education setting. self-motivation and the adaptability to move seamlessly from engaging high-profile donors to managing the door at flagship events. high level of integrity. excellent time management and organisational skills. proficient communication skills, both oral and written. anaylitical skills with excellent attention to detail. strong management, reporting, and computer skills. results-orientated with a strong work ethic. creativity and innovation in fundraising approaches. cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse donor communities. to share the values and vision of DSG around transformation, diversity and belonging. to be passionate about DSG. The successful candidate must also have: knowledge of DSG and its ethos – being a DSG Old Girl will be beneficial. knowledge and understanding of project management principles. knowledge and understanding of managing campaigns. ability to work independently and part of a team.
