Job Title As a Lifestyle Manager - Dining Specialist, you will be assisting some of our most important members at Ten, including top entrepreneurs, leaders in business, sport, and entertainment, and ultimately our corporate client's most valued customers. Key Responsibilities Personal management & development: manage your time and workload effectively, deliver world‑class service within agreed deadlines, consistently exceed KPIs, own your performance, and engage in continuous learning. Specialist knowledge: stay up‑to‑date with developments in your specialist area, actively participate in specialist team activities, events and initiatives to continually develop your expertise. Service quality: deliver world‑class customer service that meets member needs, keep members at the heart of everything you do, collaborate with colleagues to shape best practice, and identify ways to resolve dissatisfaction. Requirements Proven UK dining experience — you understand the UK dining landscape and know what elevates a dining experience from good to genuinely memorable. Proactive mindset — you say "can do, will do" and take initiative to get things done, even when the path isn’t clear. Empathy & connection — you build trust easily and genuinely care about the people you work with and serve. Ownership & accountability — you take pride in your work, follow through on commitments and always aim for excellence. Resilience under pressure — you stay calm and focused, even when things get tough. Exceptional communication skills — you’re articulate, engaging, and know how to make every interaction count. Hybrid / Home Office Guidelines Location: South Africa or United Kingdom. If you live within a commutable distance of the office, you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement—at least 2x a week in the office. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions, and minimum internet speeds will be verified during the recruitment process and again when you join.
