Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and installations. Manage budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance and improvement projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
