Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Resourcer / Sourcer - Cape Town - Century City Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Delivery Consultant / Resourcer / Sourcer to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in white‑collar recruitment and are ready to drive results in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you. Benefits Secure parking or Uber home reimbursement UK hours (10:00 – 19:00 UK time, 1–2 hours ahead in SA time depending on daylight saving) 42.5 hours worked per week Monthly remuneration of 40 000 Rand 100% in‑office work environment 5 000 Rand placement bonus Weekly KPI bonus ranging from 1 250 to 10 000 Rand Daily training sessions Modern, well‑furnished offices Opportunity to transition into a 360‑degree recruiter role Responsibilities Spend 2.5 hours a day on recruitment calls Allocate 5 hours a day to research and outreach activities Participate in 1 hour of training and meetings each day Collaborate with billers earning between 500 k and 1 M Rand Utilise a premier dataset of lawyers to source candidates Qualifications Proven white‑collar recruitment experience Please apply to be considered; one of our two internal recruiters will contact you.
