About the Role

Our client, a premier aesthetic clinic in Richards Bay , is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aesthetician & Laser Technician . This role involves performing a comprehensive range of advanced cosmetic treatments, including laser therapies, advanced facials, and skin rejuvenation procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Perform a variety of laser treatments , such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, and tattoo removal.
• Administer advanced aesthetic facials , chemical peels, and micro-needling procedures.
• Operate and maintain various aesthetic equipment, ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care and recommend appropriate home skincare regimens.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in medical aesthetics through ongoing training and research.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification in Aesthetician or Beauty Therapy, along with certifications in Laser Technology .
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performing advanced aesthetic treatments and laser procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, various skin conditions, and treatment protocols.
• Proficiency in using a range of professional aesthetic equipment and devices.
• Excellent client communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional medical aesthetics team.
