Woww is a 9 year young digital agency with over 500 clients worldwide. Our team of 35 is young, tech enabled, and growing fast. We specialise in Web Design, Web Development & Support, Paid Marketing, AI Visibility, and Graphic Design, all backed by a modern finance team. We’re known for investing in our team and our systems. We’re evolving into a non‑founder led, world class sales team, and we’re looking for someone who can assist our lead strategist and support our clients as they onboard into our ecosystem. You’ll play a key part in keeping everything on track: managing our CRM, preparing proposals, and making sure every client feels looked after from first contact through to onboarding and beyond. The intent is to nurture this candidate to lead strategy calls and nurture clients as they grow in our ecosystem. This is a hands on, learning focused role, perfect for someone starting out. You’ll work closely with our lead strategists who will handle calls and strategy, while you own all the process, communication, and follow through that turns interest into signed deals and growth for our team and clients. Job Purpose Your purpose is to bring strategy to life as the trusted executor for the Lead Strategist. You’ll take plans and ideas and turn them into clear, accurate, and timely action. Ensuring every lead is followed up, every proposal is polished, and every client feels supported from first contact to handover. By managing the details with care and consistency, you’ll give the Lead Strategist the space to focus on strategy and growth. Together, you’ll create a sales process that runs smoothly, delivers results, and reflects Woww’s commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Act as the Lead Strategist’s go-to executor – managing documentation, updates, and onboarding handovers to our team. Prepare and quality check client proposals using Woww’s templates (Relume, Harvest, Loom), ensuring they’re accurate, on brand, and ready to send within two drafts. Coordinate client communication and scheduling using Calendly, managing all post‑scoping call follow‑ups and seeing the process through. Build trust with potential clients through timely, thoughtful communication and by helping craft win‑win solutions that help clients grow. Follow Woww’s sales cadence and best practices to ensure consistency and professionalism across every lead and proposal. Keep Pipedrive accurate and up to date, making sure every lead is captured, responded to quickly, and moved through the process without delays.
