What You’ll Bring 2–5 years’ experience building and implementing AI/ML models. Hands‑on expertise with Databricks, Azure ML, or equivalent tools . Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑Learn. Practical knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to align technical solutions with business outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across technical and non‑technical teams. What You’ll Be Doing Define : Develop AI strategies and roadmaps aligned to customer goals, co‑create proposals, and ensure technical and business alignment. Design : Architect secure, scalable AI systems, integrating frameworks, data platforms, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS). Develop : Build and optimize ML models and workflows for ingestion, training, validation, and evaluation; create scalable pipelines. Deploy : Operationalize AI solutions using MLOps best practices with tools like Databricks, Azure ML, Kubernetes, and Docker. Deliver Continuously : Monitor, retrain, and optimize models, incorporating live data and feedback for ongoing improvement. Collaborate : Work within Agile (Scrum) teams, maintaining code quality, documentation, and alignment with stakeholders. What’s on Offer A competitive salary package based on experience.
