Job Overview QUALIFICATION: M Arch or B Arch Degree, Pr Arch. REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Project related Senior Architect or Directors. JOB PURPOSE: The primary function is to assist the Principal Architect in the management and execution of a project in the provision of professional services related to the implementation of construction projects. This role may extend to oversight of the project team in specified deliverable areas. The Architect may be required to oversee and document smaller projects in their entirety and report directly to the Director. Secondary functions are determined by the organization and deals with strategic and operational goals of the business. Key Areas of Focus Design and ability to execute designs in conjunction with the Senior Architect Housing projects oversight and management Project Oversight Documentation and implementation Local authority liaison and submission management Operational systems management: Technical standards monitoring and implementation Operational systems management: Drawing standards management and implementation through ArchiCAD Presentation ability and software knowledge Technical knowledge must be fair to strong Experience Required Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an architectural practice Proven track record in technical resolution, design and project administration Good communication skills - both verbal and written Technical Competencies ArchiCAD Primary Software (advantageous) AutoCAD Revit (not required, but will assist in understanding our software package) Photoshop Rendering – Twin Motion MS Word and Excel PowerPoint Good written and verbal communication ISO exposure (advantageous, but not required) Application email CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
