Role Overview We’re hiring: Finance Manager @ Tiny KegCape Town | Hybrid | Full-time Tiny Keg has grown from a niche canning startup into one of the most interesting businesses in the beverage space — building world‑class capability in an industry that’s evolving fast. Now we’re looking for a Finance Manager who can take full ownership of the finance function and help steer the company through its next stage of growth. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not babysit. Someone who can own the numbers today, and design the systems we’ll need tomorrow. What You’ll Lead You’ll sit at the centre of how the business understands performance, manages cash, prices products, controls costs, and makes decisions. You’ll work directly with the MD and leadership team, partnering with production, supply chain, commercial, and operations. This includes: Financial control, accounting integrity & month‑end discipline Management accounts, reporting & narrative insight Cash flow forecasting & working capital optimisation Costing, margin analysis & product profitability Inventory & COGS accuracy, including BOMs and yield traceability Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis Fixed asset management & insurance Dashboarding, KPI design & performance insights System design, data integrity, Cin7 Core & Xero optimisation Audit support, excise compliance & board reporting What’s in It For You A senior seat in a scaling, founder‑led business Direct access to decision‑making and strategy Real operational exposure across production, commercial & supply chain Autonomy to design processes, systems, and reporting structures A chance to shape the finance team as it grows A role where your work will be visible, meaningful, and appreciated A product that is (literally) fun to work with — cans, cans, cans Who We’re Looking For Technically strong and comfortable owning a full finance function Curious, proactive, and energised by complexity Excellent with costings, inventory, and manufacturing finance Systems‑minded and excited by data, process design, and optimisation Able to communicate clearly with non‑finance teams Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast‑moving SME The kind of person people enjoy having around — personality matters Someone who cares about people and culture, not just spreadsheets CA(SA), CIMA, or completed articles are advantageous, and experience in FMCG/manufacturing is a big plus.
