  • Servicing of light motor vehicles,
  • General mechanical repairs.
  • Inspecting and reporting vehicle faults and defects.
  • Test driving vehicles
  • Be responsible for all tools and equipment, both your own toolbox and the workshop's tools.
  • Hang tools up after use.
  • Jacking up the vehicles with the safety measures in place.
  • Operating hoist.
  • Using hydraulic and power tools with care and safety.
  • Cleaning the workshops before leaving.
  • Executing all work in a safe manner.
Qualifications Required:
  • Mechanic Trade Test
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Record
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • Red Seal Automotive Mechanic Trade Test (Not a necessity but will count in your favour
