Job Summary Job role: Graphic Designer Immediate joiners only with a maximum of 30 days' notice. Minimum 5 years+ experience. Location: South Africa / remote. UK business hours. We seek a talented Graphic Designer with Digital Commerce (eCommerce) experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, impactful designs for global blue-chip brands, shaping engaging customer experiences across web, mobile, and social commerce platforms. You will play a key role in brand storytelling, digital marketing, and performance-driven design, and you will contribute to UX / UI projects that enhance user engagement and conversion. Responsibilities Develop world-class visual assets for eCommerce platforms, marketing campaigns, digital ads, and social media. Work on leading global brands, delivering creative solutions that maintain industry-leading standards. Design assets for product launches, promotions, and omnichannel campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion. Ensure a seamless brand experience across international markets, adapting designs for different audiences. Translate complex brand messaging into visually compelling, customer-centric designs. Collaborate with marketing and data teams to analyze performance, refining creative assets based on insights. Stay ahead of global design trends, eCommerce innovations, and emerging technologies. Opportunity to contribute to UX / UI projects, improving user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. Essential Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or working with global brands. Strong portfolio showcasing work for high-profile clients or multinational companies. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus). Strong typography, layout, and storytelling skills, with an eye for global design aesthetics. Ability to handle multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines. Bonus Skills Experience in designing for e-commerce, online retail, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. UX / UI design experience (e.g., wireframing, prototyping, user experience principles) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Customer-focused individual who can build relationships and lead them through processes to deliver robust solutions. Willingness to roll up sleeves and 'get the job done.'
