Position Summary Seasoned technical project manager proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience using project management tools such as Jira and Rally to plan, track, and report on project progress effectively. 4 years experience in the financial industry (Credit Card Domain a bonus). Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Knowledge of platform delivery methodology (Agile, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and roll‑outs. Executive dashboards summarization and presentations. Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Knowledge of Credit Card servicing and fraud systems, enabling seamless integration and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. Strong problem‑solving abilities, focusing on identifying risks, mitigating issues, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate with developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
