In this pivotal role, you'll help shape smarter, safer, and more efficient mobility solutions by analyzing business needs and driving the implementation of cutting‑edge technologies. Your expertise in telematics, monitoring systems, route compliance, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) will be key to optimizing our operations. Role Purpose Analyze and optimize transport systems to improve operational efficiency Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for IT teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or a related field) Minimum 5 years in a Business Analyst role Strong background in transport or logistics industry preferred Expertise in telematics, monitoring systems, route compliance, ITS, and tracking technologies is highly advantageous Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze transport-related business requirements Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Evaluate current transport systems and recommend optimization strategies Develop business cases for transport initiatives, including cost-benefit and risk analysis Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions Support project implementation, including testing, training, and change management Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards Provide ongoing analysis and support to enhance system usage and effectiveness Skills & Competencies Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional teams Knowledge of project management principles Familiarity with transport regulations and standards Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is beneficial How to Apply Send your detailed CV to -Please note: If you do not hear from us within two weeks of your application, please consider your submission unsuccessful at this time.
