QUALIFICATION: · Education: Medical Background. o Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales preferably with theatre support in surgical supplies, with existing relationships within the hospitals and relationships with Surgeons especially Urologists would be very advantageous. o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. · Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong negotiation and sales skills. o Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. o Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and within a team. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint/CRM tools etc.). · Other Requirements: o Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively. o Own Vehicle. o Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if necessary). o Afrikaans (First Language). · Competencies: o Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing high-quality service. o Ability to understand and communicate complex medical information. o Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. o Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Reporting: o The Account Manager will report to the Regional Manager.
