As Accountant / Assistant Financial Manager, you will maintain robust financial systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. What You’ll Do Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records. Process invoices, receipts, and payments. Manage accounts payable and receivable functions. Prepare VAT, PAYE, UIF, SDL, and income tax submissions. Support audits and ensure full compliance with accounting standards. Manage fixed assets and monthly reconciliations. Draft correspondence for banks, auditors, and suppliers. Support cash flow forecasting and reporting. Oversee CIPC and business registration processes. What You Bring Degree or qualification in Accounting (non-negotiable). 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience. Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Word, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Pastel / Sage Evolution (minimum 2 years). Exceptional accuracy, organisation, and communication skills. High integrity, reliability, and accountability under pressure.
