You will deliver high-quality trauma-informed case management services to clients working collaboratively with local services and stakeholders. Responsibilities include holistic support referrals education group work team planning maintaining records and ensuring compliance with standards and policies. We walk with each person to understand the unique circumstances of their life and we empower them to live well through practical and reliable support. Essential Qualifications & Experience Qualifications in Community Services Social Work Counselling or other relevant fields (Diploma minimum) Experience working in case work or counselling roles with women children and young people who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence Experience in social or community work counselling and group facilitation Extensive experience working in a trauma informed client-centred way Holds a current and valid Working with Children Check Current drivers licence required Essential Competencies Models & promotes BaptistCare vision purpose and practises & leads others aligned with our Shared Values Excellent communication skills verbally and written Advanced skills in risk assessment and case work relating to Domestic and Family Violence Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated but also work collaboratively as part of a wider team Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders services agencies departments and government and non-government organisations Actively engages in clinical supervision and line management Ready to turn compassion into action Join our team as a Case Worker and help transform lives About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
