This is a full-time on-site role in Muscat, Oman for a Legal Counsel. Responsibilities Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm, focusing on providing legal counsel to multinational clients. Strong expertise in multiple areas of law, such as corporate law, commercial transactions, employment law, intellectual property, and litigation. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and delivering practical and strategic legal advice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and stakeholders. Strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' business objectives and provide commercially viable legal solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior legal professionals. High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize competing demands. Experience managing outside counsel. Fluency in English and Arabic. Law degree from an accredited university. #J-18808-Ljbffr
