Position : Senior Draughtsman
Location : Parow Industria, Cape Town

As a Senior Draughtsman , you will be responsible for managing complex technical drawings, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in every project.

• Create, review, and manage detailed technical drawings using advanced CAD software .
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to interpret specifications and deliver designs aligned with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior draughtsmen, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
• Manage documentation, revisions, and updates for all technical drawings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

• Relevant qualification in Draughting or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in draughting, preferably in engineering , construction , or manufacturing .
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of design principles .
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail .
