We are on the lookout for a sharp, AI-powered lifecycle marketer to join our HKR team as a Email Marketing Specialist , working for a US-based client in scaling email revenue through Klaviyo + Shopify automations. Manage and scale $1M+ of weekly email traffic via Klaviyo automations and campaigns, driving revenue for a fast-moving eCom business. Use LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, Klaviyo AI, and Shopifys native tools to build, test, and QA emails and flows at speed. Spot and squash costly mistakes (broken links, merge-tag fails, off-brand copy) before they ship. Build and optimize multi-step flows, run A / B tests on campaigns over 50k sends, and report on performance clearly. Collaborate with a high-performance founder on strategy, while taking full ownership over execution. Stay proactive with segmentation, timing, and deliverability improvementsand bring fresh, creative ideas to keep iterating. About you Youve got 24 years of lifecycle marketing experience, especially with Klaviyo + Shopify. Youre fast, precise, and lean on AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for everything from writing to QA to decision support. Youve got a sharp eye for errors and logicproof of past catches is a big plus. Youve tested and optimized large email sends, and know your way around Shopifys backend and product feeds. You move quickly, reply promptly, and dont wait for permission to improve things. Youve influenced at least one KPI directly (eg. increased flow-driven revenue or improved CTOR).
