Job title: Financial Assessor Job Location: Western Cape, Cape Town Deadline: December 21, 2025 Summary We are looking for passionate and motivated sales individuals to join our Onboarding team as Financial Assessors. This role plays a key part in our consumers’ journey. As a Financial Assessor, you will reach out to consumers who need financial assistance and have already shown interest in our services. As the first point of contact in a client’s debt-management journey, you become an ambassador for our brand and a crucial part of our solution funnel. You’ll need to be a quick-thinking, decisive individual who can manage expectations, answer questions clearly, and provide accurate information in a timely manner. You’ll also use our internal systems to connect with clients and transfer them to the next stage of the process (Financial Consultants), so being tech-savvy will be a strong advantage. We’ll provide extensive induction and role-specific training to you, to ensure that you’re fully prepared for the challenge. Active listening and good time-management skills. Responsibilities Contact clients who have made enquiries with the company to gather information about their financial situation. Assess client financial information to determine their financial position. Make outbound calls to potential clients. Manage consumer engagements on our various platforms and / or Outbound Channels. Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations accordingly. Transfer eligible consumers to our expert Financial Consulting team to complete a thorough assessment. Requirements Matric. Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and / or customer service (call-based roles advantageous). Computer literate. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities. Growth mindset and a desire to learn. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
