About the Role We're looking for a Tech Product Manager to lead and grow our technology product portfolio across Africa. This role is perfect for someone passionate about consumer technology, who thrives in fast‑paced environments, and enjoys turning ideas into strategy and execution. You'll manage the full product lifecycle — from sourcing and strategy through to launch and performance — while collaborating with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to drive results across African markets. Regular travel into Africa will form part of your role as you connect with partners and oversee regional expansion. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Tech Division across Africa. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and localization needs. Collaborate with suppliers, brand principals, and internal teams to source and launch technology products tailored to African markets. Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle – from concept and sourcing to pricing, launch, and performance tracking. Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful go‑to‑market plans across regions and retail partners. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and agents throughout Africa. Track sales, margins, and performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Represent Supernova Brands at trade shows, partner meetings, and brand events across the continent. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Technology. 3+ years' experience in product management, ideally within consumer technology or electronics. Proven experience managing or launching products in African markets. Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
