Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering new business opportunities primarily with new clients and horizontally across existing clients.
- Manage creative projects and be the key liaison between clients, strategy and design teams. In these cases, you will be responsible for clearly defining the project scope, managing the timeline and ensuring on-going communication between all parties.
- You will act as the main point of contact for a group of dedicated clients and manage their project needs from initial brief, implementation within the studio to final reveal.
- Communicate with clients and sales team on project statuses as well as scope and time line changes in order to set proper client expectations.
- Monitor project performance against clients objectives, making optimisation recommendations as necessary.
- Delivery of ad hoc reports and analysis internally to stakeholders.
- Support pre-forecasting of client requirements.
- Building of deep and sustainable client relationships at all levels.
- Accountable for the projection and delivery of specified revenue and profit targets.
- Managing the project development and delivery lifecycle across a creative and technical, internal & external supply chain.
- Co-creation of appropriate and innovative retail visibility solutions.
- Strong coordination across a complex business system.
- Ensuring a culture of accountability, discipline and pride across total business with a view to being the best company in the industry.
- Meticulous organization of company resources.
- Guide and assist team members in areas of expertise to foster a growth mind-set within teams.
- National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing or relevant qualification
- 5-8 years experience in relevant field
- Comprehensive knowledge of shopper and brand marketing
- Proven sales track record in a business to business environment
- Very strong communications skills - experience feeding back to clients
- Experience working to deadlines and managing projects
- Excellent customer facing and analysis skills
- Financial planning and strategic thinking
- Friendly and Dynamic Disposition
- Good Interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to organise tasks and projects, set and adhere to deadlines is critical
- Ability to be decisive and true in conviction, well driven and logical thinker
- Ability to lead by example and perform well under pressure
- Computer literate, administratively strong, attention to detail, accountable
