Overview CENTURION DATA ENGINEER Essential Requirements Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA ID number. Must have a clean Criminal Background and ITC (Good personal financial standing) - checks will be done. Must supply a contactable reference of a most recent senior person you reported to; reference checks will be done. Must have completed Diploma / Degree in Information Systems, computer science or related field. Location Location: Centurion Office hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 CTC per month Benefits: Provident fund and December bonus Job Purpose / Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain the reporting database architecture Build and optimize ETL pipelines Develop and maintain semantic models Support business projects through reporting Qualifications and Experience Three years of experience in data engineering or related field MS SQL and SSMS NoSQL SSIS and ETL pipeline development Diploma / Degree in Information Systems, computer science or related field Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehouse design Ability to create entity relationship diagrams (ERDs) Exposure to cloud platforms is an added advantage Microsoft 365 suite Beneficial Skills Python R (programming language) Microsoft Power Automate Microsoft Forms Microsoft Dataverse Working knowledge of other BI technologies Application Details If you meet the above-mentioned requirements please send your detailed CV to E-mail : Subject : Data Engineer If you are not contacted within 2 weeks of the closing date please regard your application as unsuccessful.
