About Us We are a growing retail company with over 85 stores nationwide, constantly evolving and improving the way we serve our customers. As our footprint expands, so does our need for a strong and reliable IT Department. We are now looking for a motivated Junior IT Support Technician to join our team and learn from our highly experienced IT Manager, who brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the department. Role Overview As part of our IT team, you will be hands‑on in supporting, maintaining, and implementing IT systems across our retail stores. This includes assisting with Wi‑Fi rollouts, hardware/software support, troubleshooting, and implementing IT solutions in‑store and at head office. You'll gain practical experience in a fast‑paced retail environment and be part of a department that plays a crucial role in keeping the business connected and running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT and Wi‑Fi systems in our retail stores. Provide technical support to store staff and head office employees. Learn from and support the IT Manager on day‑to‑day tasks and projects. Assist with the setup and configuration of hardware and software. What We're Looking For A keen interest in IT, networking, and retail technology. Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking (training will be provided). Eagerness to learn and grow under mentorship . Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to work in a hands‑on environment. Good communication skills, especially when assisting non‑technical staff. Ability to travel to retail stores when required. Advantageous (but not required) studying toward or recently completed a qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
