About the Role We’re looking for an organised and dynamic professional to join the Golf Division as a Project Junior Manager. You’ll support the Golf Project Manager in delivering large-scale tournaments while taking responsibility for small to medium golf events. This is a fast-paced role that blends administration, logistics, client service, and financial coordination, with opportunities to grow in project management and sports event delivery. Their reputation is built on professionalism, precision, and strong client relationships. What You’ll Do Support the Golf Project Manager with administration on large projects. Manage small to medium golf events from planning to execution. Draft budgets, event specifications, reports, and post-event reconciliations. Oversee RSVP processes, guest relations, and event communications. Coordinate logistics including accreditation, branding, and supplier management. Maintain stock records and ensure timely preparation of event collateral. Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and health and safety standards. What You Bring Diploma or degree in event management, business, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in event/project management, ideally in sports. Strong financial administration skills (budgets, POs, reconciliations). Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills. Hands-on experience with suppliers, logistics, and RSVP platforms. Willingness to travel, work overtime, and be on-site at tournaments. What Success Looks Like Seamless execution of small to medium golf events with positive client feedback. Accurate and timely administration, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
