Integration Specialistâ¯

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in system integration roles, ideally within telecoms or digital service providers. Strong experience integrating BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, CSG, Huawei) with other enterprise systems. Proficiency in API design and management , including RESTful and SOAP services. Hands-on experience with integration/middleware platforms : MuleSoft, WSO2, TIBCO, Apache Camel, Dell Boomi, etc. Solid understanding of BSS domains : customer management, product catalog, billing, order management, etc. Experience with data transformation formats : XML, JSON, XSLT. Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, JMS, RabbitMQ) and ESB architectures. Good scripting and development skills (e.g., Java, Groovy, Python, Shell). Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of integration testing, monitoring, and logging tools. Preferred Qualifications: Telecom industry experience with exposure to OSS/BSS transformations or digital enablement programs. Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., Open APIs, SID, eTOM). Experience in CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments. Exposure to cloud integration and API gateways (e.g., Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, Apigee). Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) and data compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
