About the team: The Marketing and Branding team shapes Luno’s visual identity and digital voice across all customer touchpoints. We work closely with design, product, content and marketing partners to deliver cohesive creative work that supports our mission of making crypto accessible. Our team values conceptual thinking, collaboration and a culture of curiosity and initiative. The role in a nutshell: We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Web Designer to elevate Luno’s web presence. You will help design and build new web experiences, maintain and improve existing systems and contribute to the future direction of our digital platform. This role is both conceptual and hands‑on, with a strong emphasis on creative problem solving and design‑forward thinking. Your mission will be: Create, update and maintain pages across Luno’s website Use Framer to prototype and build refined, functional web experiences Translate brand and marketing goals into engaging, human‑centered designs Collaborate with design, content, product and marketing teams Identify opportunities to improve user experience, visual quality and interaction Contribute fresh creative ideas and conceptual approaches for future web initiatives A little about you: Proven experience in web design or digital creative roles with a strong portfolio Keen eye for great design, typographic application and craft Expertise in Framer and confidence working within Figma Strong visual and interaction design skills Ability to work independently and proactively Excellent communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail and a passion for quality Open-minded and eager to learn from feedback and iterate on designs Knowledge of and passion for cryptocurrency, Web3 and the future of finance Don’t be put off if you don’t tick all of the boxes – they’re a guide based on what we’d love to see.
