Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics tools to provide actionable insights. Create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time. Maintain and update the company's digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Support the team with administrative tasks related to marketing projects, events, and campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and online advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience 0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Internship or freelance experience in online marketing is an advantage. Working Hours Flexible working hours, 5 days a week (remote work option available). Part-time and full-time arrangements can be discussed based on candidate availability.
