Analytical Mind-Set: Need to have a knack for analysing data as it helps gauge the competition, identify opportunities, and understand consumer behaviour. Interpreting data and using it to implement new strategies can enhance performance and drive growth. Developing custom marketing and advertising strategies. Building relationships with influencers, journalists and media owners where not already in place and necessary. Conducting meetings with service providers and franchisees. Basic knowledge of budgets and allocation of line items. Team player and working collectively to meet brand objectives as well as engaging with other departments. Willing to work over weekends if necessary for activations and brand presence. Minimum of 5-7 years in a brand manager position in the Retail or QSR sector. Own transport and valid driver's licence. Desired Experience & Qualification 5-7 years brand manager position in retail or QSR. Tertiary Marketing education.
